About Azul scoring
Azul (Michael Kiesling, Next Move Games, 2017) keeps most of its score on the track during play: every tile placed on the wall scores itself plus the tiles it connects to in its row and column, and tiles dropped on the floor line cost points at the end of each round. The game ends after the round in which a player completes a horizontal row.
The end-of-game bonuses are the part worth a sheet: 2 points for each complete horizontal row, 7 points for each complete vertical column, and 10 points for each colour of which all five tiles are on the wall. The app takes the score-track position and the three counts and adds the bonuses with those values.
If players tie, the one with more complete horizontal rows wins; if that is also equal, the victory is shared.
How Azul is scored
Scored once at the end of the game.
The rows below are the app's Azul sheet, in the order of the game's score pad. "You enter" is the row's own explanation in the app; "Points" is what the app does with the entry.
Score Track
You enter: Enter your position on the score track at the end of the game. It already includes every tile you scored on your wall and every floor line penalty. Between 0 and 100.
Points as entered.
Complete Rows
You enter: Enter how many complete horizontal lines of 5 consecutive tiles you have on your wall.
Points: Each row is worth 2 points.
Complete Columns
You enter: Enter how many complete vertical lines of 5 consecutive tiles you have on your wall.
Points: Each column is worth 7 points.
Completed Colors
You enter: Enter how many colors you completed - a color counts as complete when all 5 of its tiles are on your wall.
Points: Each color is worth 10 points.
Tiebreaker
If totals are equal, the player with the higher Complete Rows wins.
