How Unconscious Mind is scored

Scored once at the end of the game.

The rows below are the app's Unconscious Mind sheet, in the order of the game's score pad. "You enter" is the row's own explanation in the app; "Points" is what the app does with the entry.

1. Victory Point Track

   You enter: Enter your score on the Victory Point track before final scoring, plus a hundred if you flipped your marker.

   Points as entered.

2. Reputation Level

   You enter: Enter your Reputation level: the number of your marker's space on the Reputation track.

   Points: Each level is worth 1 point.

3. Reputation Bonus

   Your place on the Reputation track sets what your Treatises and Cured Clients are worth.

4. Reputation Place · Place

   You enter: Enter your place on the Reputation track, counting the marker farthest ahead as first. On a shared space, the marker underneath is ahead.

   Points: Reputation Place is not points. It sets the tier for your Treatises & Cured Clients:

   • 1st → tier 1
   • 2nd → tier 2
   • 3rd or lower → tier 3

5. Treatises & Cured Clients

   You enter: Enter how many Treatises you published and Clients you cured, added together.

   Points: What each item is worth depends on your Reputation Place:

   • 1st → 2 pts each
   • 2nd → 1 pt each
   • 3rd or lower → nothing

6. Districts

   You enter: Enter in how many different Districts you have at least one player-color Insight.

   Points by the number of districts:

   • 0 districts → 0 pts
   • 1 district → 4 pts
   • 2 districts → 10 pts
   • 3 districts → 18 pts

7. Notebook Rows

   You enter: Enter how many rows of Notebook tiles on your player board are complete.

   Points by the number of rows:

   • 0 rows → 0 pts
   • 1 row → 1 pt
   • 2 rows → 5 pts
   • 3 rows → 16 pts

8. Location Tags

   You enter: Enter how many different Location tags you have in play.

   Points by the number of tags:

   • 0–1 tags → 0 pts
   • 2 tags → 1 pt
   • 3 tags → 3 pts
   • 4 tags → 6 pts
   • 5 tags → 10 pts
   • 6 tags → 15 pts

9. Case-Study Clients

   You enter: Add up the points your Case-Study Clients without a Grief Layer score for their conditions, cured ones included.

   Points as entered.

10. Heart-Shaped Boxes

    You enter: Enter how many Heart-Shaped Boxes you have left.

    Points: Each box is worth 2 points.

11. Coffee

    You enter: Enter how much Coffee you have left. It is turned into Bright Ideas automatically.

    Points: Every 3 coffee are worth 1 point. Anything left over is worth nothing.

12. Bright Ideas

    You enter: Enter how many Bright Ideas you have.

    Points: Each idea is worth 1 point.

Tiebreaker

If totals are equal, the player with the higher Reputation Level wins.
